How many of you are still on the new year health kick? I am! Ok, so I have had a few meal (and cocktail!) cheats but so far I’m doing pretty well. I have really been careful about the amount of carbs I consume. I’ve also drastically decreased my dairy intake. I didn’t realize how much dairy I consumed until I started paying attention this month. Looks like the main areas of weakness are creamer for my coffee and a fabulous cheese plate! I haven’t eliminated dairy and carbs I’m just keeping a watchful eye on it.

However, I am having fun experimenting with new healthy recipes. There are endless options of recipes that keep things fun and fulfilling. Once you dive in and start enjoying the process things change and you feel so great! There are five recipes that I just love and will be on repeat at our house for a while. If you are inspired to keep up with your healthy habits for 2017 I think you’ll enjoy these too.
